Roger Effron has been a part of the education picture in Greater Cincinnati for nearly forty years.
He served the Cincinnati Public Schools for 29 years as a teacher, junior high and senior high principal and the district's personnel director. He knows the business of education. Effron retired from the district in 1992.
Since 1992, Effron has served as a visiting professor of education at Xavier University. He teaches in the graduate division, primarily leadership courses. He has trained many current administrators in this area. These administrators proudly say they are true "Effronites." Effron also teaches students through a virtual classroom.
He frequently appears on local television and radio in the Greater Cincinnati area, providing expert commentary on both local and national educational issues.
Effron is used as a resource to companies who are relocating employees to the tri state area. Clients include major corporations such as Fifth Third Bank, Children's Hospital, Procter and Gamble, and Western Southern
His highly successful consulting business opened in 1992. He is regarded as the go to person if you need information about area schools or jobs in schools.
Effron works with many local school districts in the area particularly in the areas of executive searches and levy/community management. Some of his clients include W. Clermont Local Schools, Ft. Thomas Schools, Mt. Healthy City Schools, Mason City Schools, Summit Country Day and Mariemont City Schools.
Effron has published numerous articles and is called on as a keynote speaker for many occasions.
